RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

   The item must be unused and retain its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Exchange Terms
   Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
   The item must be in the same condition as the item being returned.
   If an exchange is required due to quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will cover the associated shipping costs. If the exchange is due to personal reasons (such as color or size discrepancy), the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
   Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to arrive will depend on your payment provider.
   Shipping costs, customs duties, and other additional fees are generally not refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
   The product is visibly used or damaged;
   The original packaging or accessories are missing;
   The return request period has expired.
5. Return and Exchange Process
   Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for your return or exchange.
   Once customer service confirms your request, we will provide a return address and instructions.
   Pack the product securely and return it to the designated address.
   Once we receive and confirm your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. International Orders
   International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties that may apply.
   If your return is due to product quality issues, please contact us first and we will assist in resolving the issue.
